35 rooms have been reserved for Monday and Tuesday night.  The room rate is

$89 per night for a single or double.  Applicable state and local taxes are

approximately 12%.  The block will be held until March 22nd, after which

reservations will only be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

 

You must call the hotel directly to reserve your room.  Be sure to ask for

the International Truck & Engine Corporation rate.

 

On Monday April 12, a meeting room is reserved at TDTC for the Surface

Enhancement Division from 11:00 am until 4:30 pm .  That evening, the

executive board will meet in the Executive Boardroom at the Marriott from

6:00 pm until 9:00 pm .  Meeting rooms have been reserved at TDTC all day on

Tuesday and until noon on Wednesday.

 

Important:

* Due to security procedures, you must register in advance for the meeting

by e-mailing Michele Wegscheid.

 

* No cameras or other photo capable equipment, including cell-phones, are

allowed at TDTC.

 

* TDTC is a zero-tobacco facility.  No tobacco use is allowed anywhere

on-site.  This includes the parking lots.
