Wednesday, April 17 - Divisional Planning Meeting

Christoph Leser chaired the meeting

Core activity of the RLDA group will continue to be to support the ATV group when requested.

New activities

The RLDA committee will work with Ric Mosseau to identify what data has been collected and what additional data will be required for further progress in the evaluation of the ATV vehicle.

Ric will generate a list of people who will contribute to "special technical publication" summarizing the state of the ATV project, expected pub 9/03.

The RLDA committee will continue to evaluate automated data analysis for anomaly detection, nCode is expected to present on this at the next meeting.

Paul Lubinski will contact previous providers of data to see if they can furnish additional documentation of the existing data.

Recommendations for Future Meetings

Initially it was suggested to run all planning sessions for all sub-committees in one session. It was also suggested to simplify the voting member structure, i.e. there should be only one membership, namely SAE FD&E.

To further participation in planning activities by all members it was suggested to have the planning activity as part of the presentation session.

The meeting was adjourned.
